In the member area, open “My answers” to review or permanently delete any saved quiz answer. To delete the complete alpha account, use the same verified support channel through which the invitation was received.
Full account deletion
The requester’s identity will be verified before the account and its private quiz answers are removed and active sessions are revoked. The deletion request and completion will be confirmed through the verified support channel. The public self-service flow must be completed before a wider beta begins.
What the planned process covers
- Revoke active sessions and devices.
- Stop future location, status and signal sharing.
- Remove the user from the couple space.
- Delete or anonymise personal profile and device data.
- Handle shared memories under a transparent rule that respects both partners.
- Keep only records that must legally be retained, for a stated period.
Unpairing is separate
Ending a couple connection should take effect immediately and will not require deleting the entire account. Account deletion will be the stronger, permanent action.
