These terms cover the public website and invitation-only web alpha. Subscription and app-store terms will be provided before paid or mobile access begins.
1. About this website
FarNotApart.com introduces the concept and planned features of Far, Not Apart. The service is in development. Nothing on this site is an offer, guarantee of availability or promise that a particular feature will launch on a particular date.
2. Planned features and prices
Feature descriptions, screenshots, examples, founding prices and platform plans are illustrative and may change following technical, safety, legal or app-store review. Final price, tax, renewal and cancellation information will be shown before purchase.
3. Alpha accounts and quiz use
Alpha access is personal and may not be shared. Keep login details confidential and report suspected unauthorised access through the private support channel used for your invitation. Quiz prompts are conversation aids, not medical, relationship, psychological or sexual-health advice. Users decide what to answer and whether to discuss or act on anything; an answer never constitutes consent to an activity.
4. 18+ category
The optional intimate question category is for adults aged 18 or older. Each partner must choose access independently and may withdraw that choice. Do not pressure another person to enable the category, answer a question, reveal a private answer or try an activity.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, use it to harass, coerce or monitor another person, or upload unlawful or abusive material.
6. Intellectual property
The Far, Not Apart. name, original visual identity, website text, quiz collection and original imagery are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party platform names remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Availability and liability
The early service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be changed, suspended or reset during development. Reasonable care is taken, but uninterrupted access, completeness and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. External services
Future links to app stores or other services will be governed by those services’ own terms and privacy practices. Far, Not Apart. is not currently endorsed by Apple or Google.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product and legal entity are established. Material changes affecting invited users will be explained before they take effect where required.
